Let's Have a Party on Halloween Night

There's a fun Halloween song from my childhood that captures the excitement of Halloween through a child's eyes. The song begins, "Let's Have a party on Halloween night, goblins and witches to give us a fright. After the games we will all have some treats, apples and cookies and candy to eat. Oh what a party on Halloween night." Each year, part of our family's Halloween tradition is to host a small Halloween party for the little ones to enjoy. Whether you embrace trick-or-treating, prefer to enjoy a harvest festival or trunk-or-treat or skip Halloween completely, the magic season of holidays officially kicks off with Halloween each year.
