Covid-19 has kept many events virtual since last March. Lynchburg Public Library joins the list of local businesses going virtual with lots of family-friendly virtual events for Spring 2021. Here's what you need to know:
1. You must register in advance for all Zoom events.
2. Only one device per household for all Zoom events.
3. All events will be held on the Zoom platform or Facebook Live.
4. Call (434) 455-6320 prior to the starting date of the program.
4. The Zoom link and password (if needed) will be emailed to you.
So what are you waiting for? Zoom into the spring with these fun virtual events:
Mondays: STEAM (ages 8-12) on Zoom;
10:30 AM every other Monday from Feb. 8-Apr. 5
Tuesdays: Storytime (ages 2-5) on Zoom;
10:30 AM every other Tuesday from Feb. 2-Apr.13
Wednesdays: Monthly “Group” Storytime (all ages) on Facebook;
10:30 AM Feb. 3, Mar. 3, Apr. 7
Thursdays: Junior Explorers (ages 5-7) on Zoom;
4:30 PM Feb. 1, Mar. 1, Apr. 1
Thursdays: Bedtime Storytime (ages 2-5) on Zoom;
6:30 PM Feb. 18, Mar. 18, Apr. 15
Fridays: Virtual Escape Rooms (all ages)
Available starting at 10:30 AM Feb. 12, Mar. 12, Apr. 9
Fridays: Trivia for Kids & Families (all ages)
Available starting at 10:30 AM Feb. 26 & Mar. 26
