Description

Our Color Our World Summer Reading Program may be over, but that doesn't mean we have to stop having fun with art!
Come learn how to light up the night sky on paper by creating paper-quilled fireworks.

"What is paper quilling?"

Quilling involves using strips of paper that are rolled, looped, curled, twisted, and otherwise manipulated to create different shapes that are glued together to create decorative designs.
