Description

The Flames of Memory luminaria display at the Memorial is canceled for Friday, December 12, 2025. Flames of Memory will proceed as scheduled Saturday, December 13 and Sunday December 14, weather and site condition permitting. Please check our website for updates. https://www.dday.org/visit/

As the weather cools, we look ahead to our annual Flames of Memory display. The first weekend in December, the Memorial is illuminated by thousands of luminarias representing the 4,426 men killed in action on D-Day.  

Due to winter weather, Flames of Memory is rescheduled for December 13-14, 2025. Check https://www.dday.org/visit/ for updates.
