If the weathercasters are correct, the Lynchburg area is in for a winter storm on Thursday afternoon and evening. Depending on who you listen to, we may get 2-4 inches, 3-5 inches or 4-8 inches. Snow Cream
Use a large, clean bowl to gather 1 gallon of snow. Stir in 1 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla. Add 2 cups of milk or enough for the desired consistency and serve immediately.
