In your slow cooker, add a package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, a jar of your favorite pasta sauce and a jar of water. Cover and set the slow cooker to high heat for 4 hours. Remove the breasts from the slow cooker and shred with two forks, then place the shredded chicken back in the slow cooker. Add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese to the slow cooker and stir until combined. Scoop some of the chicken on top of cheesy garlic toast! Add a sprinkle of shredded Mozzarella cheese to each piece of open-faced sandwich.
