In addition to the individual houses noted below, here's a great short loop for the littles in mid-town Lynchburg:
From Fort Avenue, turn onto Long Meadows Drive, then turn left onto Pawnee Drive, follow until Pawnee runs into Sandusky Drive, follow Sandusky until it becomes Thomas Road, follow to intersection with Sussex Street, turn right onto Sussex Street, then left onto Perrymont Avenue, then turn right onto Fort Avenue. Each of these streets usually has 10-12 (or more) houses decorated and this is a short enough loop that even the little ones won't get tired of riding.
