Santa Claus is making two special trips to the Patch this year! Come by, get a picture, hot cocoa and cookies and it's all FREE!! We appreciate your business and this is our gift to you! Friday, November 30th and December 7th from 5-7 pm both days!

Welcome to Lynchburg Macaroni Kid! I've lived in Lynchburg for many years and love it here. I'm mom to five young adults who now have families of their own.
