FREE ADMISSION!! Welcome to the KICKOFF to our 3rd Annual Balloons Over Rockbridge Hot Air Balloon and Music Festival!  BLUES, BREWS, & BALLOONS- 14 Hot Air Balloons fill the Rockbridge County skies, tethered rides, beer/wine, food trucks, live BLUES music, and community fellowship!
