Description

With the help of community organizations, regional businesses and individuals, we can bring support and hope to cancer patients in Central Virginia during this Christmas season. Proceeds from the Trees of Hope event will directly benefit patients of the Alan B. Pearson Regional Cancer Center by raising funds for the Cancer Care Fund.

We invite you to participate in this charitable opportunity by becoming a sponsor or decorating and donating a Christmas tree, wreath, or table centerpiece.

Trees of Hope will be available for viewing Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM November 23 until noon on December 15, closing promptly at 5 PM. (Closed on weekends.) 

***ALL who enter Centra Alan B. Pearson Regional Cancer Center to view the Trees of Hope display MUST wear a mask while in the facility.***

All bidding will be done online. There will be QR codes on the trees to scan to take you to the bidding website. That will not go live until the go-live date on 11/23. Bidding will end at 12 noon on 12/15.

The participation form must be submitted by November 15. Set up day for participants is Monday, November 21 from 8 AM to 6 PM. Pick up is Thursday, December 15 from 1 PM to 6 PM and Friday, December 16 from 8 AM to 3 PM.
