Join us on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month as we explore topics designed to educate, equip, and empower individuals in the pre-conception to postpartum phase. Subject matter experts participate in a moderated panel discussion followed by breakout small groups.
Come on over, bring a friend or make a new connection. Grab a hot cup of coffee or tea as you walk in and be reminded that you are never ever alone!

Children under one are welcome in the Cafe main space. Free childcare for ages 1-4 is available on a first come, first serve basis and the registration will open one week prior to the Cafe event.
