With the help of community organizations, regional businesses and individuals, we can bring support and hope to cancer patients in Central Virginia during this Christmas season. Proceeds from the Trees of Hope event will directly benefit patients of the Alan B. Pearson Regional Cancer Center by raising funds for the Cancer Care Fund.
We invite you to participate in this charitable opportunity by becoming a sponsor or decorating and donating a Christmas tree, wreath, or table centerpiece.
Trees of Hope will be available for viewing Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM November 21 until noon on December 14, closing promptly at 5 PM. (Closed on weekends.)
***ALL who enter Centra Alan B. Pearson Regional Cancer Center to view the Trees of Hope display MUST wear a mask while in the facility.***
Bidding is open from Tuesday, November 21 to Thursday December 14 at noon. Bidding ends December 14 at noon.
The participation form must be submitted by November 10. Set-up day for participants is Friday, November 17 from 8am - 5pm. Pickup is Thursday, December 15 from 1pm - 6pm and Friday, December 15 from 8am - 3pm.
