CVU is excited to announce the 'United We Give' community event to support those in need. On December 16th at Lynchburg City Stadium, CVU representatives will be collecting food, toys, coats, pajamas, and sporting equipment to donate to various local charities. The event will run from 10am to 4pm, during which time there will be open soccer sessions, free food items, and free activities for local youth. The event concludes with a coaches vs players charity game beginning at 2pm in which CVU will donate to Miriam’s House for every goal scored.

Central Virginia United Soccer is proud to announce a collaborative give back event as a part of our club community initiative. On December 16th, we will be hosting a drive-through food, toy, sporting, pajama, and clothing drive aimed at providing a single location to donate a variety of essentials to those in need within our community. In addition to these drop-in drives, CVU will host open games for local youth with coaches and players on hand in the city stadium, free lunch supplied to those attending, music, and various youth activities. Ending in the grand finale of a charity soccer match - you can choose between cheering on the CVU Coaches or CVU Players and watch a fun-filled game with CVU donating money from every goal to Miriam’s House.
