Christmas is a great time to see all that Avoca has to offer! 

$8 entry fee includes
* a self-guided tour of the house
* 1 free plate of refreshments & 1 cup cider
* music by various groups throughout the day.
* a chance to bid on several auction options
PLEASE NOTE:
1 free Photo with Santa in exchange for an unwrapped Toy for Tots gift.
