Description
St. Stephen's Episcopal Church continues its yearlong bicentennial celebration by hosting the Lynchburg Symphony Orchestra String Quartet for a special free concert on Sunday, June 30 at 4:00 p.m. The program includes works in existence at and in the years immediately following the founding of St. Stephen's and possibly familiar to early parishioners, featuring compositions by masters including Vivaldi, Handel, Mozart, Schubert, Mendelssohn, and Beethoven. A reception will follow the concert in the church's Parish Hall. This concert is open to the public, and free will offerings will be gratefully accepted.
