The theme of this year’s Downtown Lexington Christmas Parade on Friday, December 6, is “Parade of Lights.” You may either submit your application online or download a hard copy to complete and return to the Main Street Lexington office (second floor of the Wells Fargo building). Physical copies and in-person payment are also available in our office from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM Monday-Friday.
Main Street will be ablaze with lights on floats and fire trucks, and there will be a wide assortment of performing groups, including dancers and marching bands, along with scout troops, politicians, and local businesses. The parade begins at 6 pm. and will take place rain or shine, and only canceled for very inclement weather. Check mainstreetlexington.org for updates.
