Warming Shelter at The Salvation Army

Jan. 4 and Jan. 5 from 8 PM - 8 AM

Description

With bitter cold nighttime temperatures predicted over the next several days, the City of Lynchburg, in partnership with the Salvation Army, will reopen its warming center at the Salvation Army, 2215 Park Avenue, for unsheltered individuals and families in the community. The warming center will open:

Saturday, January 4 at 8:00 p.m. to Sunday, January 5 at 8:00 a.m.
Sunday, January 5 at 8:00 p.m. to Monday, January 6 at 8:00 a.m.

The center will close daily from 8 AM - 8 PM. This is a low-barrier warming shelter.
