So Many Events, So Little Time!

Let Lynchburg Macaroni Kid help you find your family fun!

By Sandy Wallace November 8, 2018

This is the time of year when parents are often burning the candle at both ends. There's so much to do and never enough time. Guess what? It's the same way for me here at Lynchburg Macaroni Kid! There are so many great local events taking place from now until Christmas! I've spent a lot of time this week not just entering articles, but also creating a series of articles and guides to help you Find Your Family Fun® now and through the holidays!

Our newsletter can only hold a handful of articles and about 40 events. Our website can only feature 10 articles, but all of the events can be found by date when you click on the 'events' tab or click 'see all' on the screen below today's listed events. All articles (including archived articles going back to 2011) can be found when you click on the 'articles' tab. Because articles appear newest to oldest, this year's Christmas articles are at the beginning. The search feature (located beside the 'guides' tab) allows you to search by category for articles and events. Just enter a word and you'll get a listing of everything, which will include both old and new content.

You'll find information you can use all year long when you click the 'guides' tab. This includes information about: local schools, preschools and childcare, area parks, indoor family fun, local apple orchards, restaurants where kids eat free, area campgrounds, after school activities and classes, and our popular Birthday Party Guide. We often feature at least one of these guides on our website. You'll find many local businesses listed by category in our Business Directory

From now until after New Years, we won't be including a weekend listing of local events. There are just too many! You'll find all events by date on our website and some of the top events for each month in our monthly guides.

In addition, it's easy for you to find JUST the activities and events you're looking for with the following special articles on our website (listed in calendar order):
